I am a new mom and I wanted to make sure that I was eating a balanced diet for me and my baby. During my pregnancy I developed some poor eating habits and I was finding I was tired and groggy all the time. I knew I needed to change something so I decided to start with my nutrition and exercise regimes.
I have much more energy than I did before. Part of my dilemma was a psychological battle. I would hear friends saying they were on this program or that program, but whenever I tried to follow something I never succeeded and would fall back to old patterns and get depressed that I was still in the same place I had been for years. With the Balanced Body System I have been able to successfully change my poor eating habits and replace them with healthful eating habits that I feel good about.
I have begun to exercise on a regular basis rather than sporadic bouts of exercise. I have also stopped binge eating and am eating on a regular basis while still maintaining a healthy weight that I am happy with. I have also formed the "habit" of taking a nutritional supplement on a regular basis. I now feel more energetic and I am happy with my body image. |
