As a fitness instructor, marathon runner and general fitness enthusiast, I am always looking for new ways to enhance my health, my eating and my general well being.

What I am most pleased about on the Balanced Body System is the results I am feeling from the added nutrients I am receiving through this program. I have run two marathons over the last 6 months, and have had better recoveries than I have ever experienced. I feel that I am stronger, more rested between workouts, and my endurance is better
