I thought that I was always pretty careful about what I ate and drank and generally made good choices but I still weighed more than I thought I should for how hard I worked out. I decided to take another look at my eating habits as I was starting to gain back some of the weight I had lost.

My experience with the Balanced Body System has been overwhelming. I had great results even after the first week and a half! I can hardly believe how the pounds and inches have continued to drop over the past couple of months even though I did not have a significant amount to lose to reach my goal.

I have reduced portion sizes and carbohydrate intake, which has had significant impact on my weight loss. I no longer justify eating specific foods or quantities because I work out, because that is counterproductive. I exercise less than before (4 days instead of 7 days a week) due to having a small child, however, I find that I am able to control my weight by maintaining the proper nutritional intake for my body type. I have also begun taking nutritional supplements and overall, I have experienced a decrease in cravings as well as a dramatic improvement in my energy levels and my health. I find the weekly calls are inspirational and informational and are a wonderful resource in this program to talk about challenges and share positive results.
